We want your party or event to be as "stress free" as possible!  Over the years we have dealt with many obstacles. Our experiences enable us to anticipate, solve and prevent problems before they happen! Our company offers both disc jockey and entertainment services.  We don't take the term service lightly.  Our goal is to go above and beyond the levels of services that you expected and deserve. 


Listed below are FAQ's (frequently asked questions) and concerns from some of our clients at a wide variety of our events and how we solved their problems:

Q: When will you arrive and set up for my event?

  • We arrive two to three hours before the scheduled start time of your event to ensure all setting up and sound checking is completed before you walk through the door.

Q: Corporate events have a wide area of space to cover,  including indoor and outdoor sections.  Is it possible to have music in two locations at once?  Can the volume be adjusted accordingly?

  • A: Our music systems are designed to accommodate music and all of your announcements from two locations.  Levels can be adjusted to fit whatever volume levels the rooms requires.  It is also possible to set up two completely different sound systems serving multiple locations simultaneously.

Q: How will your staff be dressed?

  • Our staff will always be appropriately dressed and well groomed for every occasion.

Q: Is wireless microphone access included?

  • A: Wireless microphone access in included free of charge in every contract.

Q: We have a pre-recorded music mix we made to play.  It is our special song and everybody knows it and has even created their own special dance routine to go along with it. Can you play it through your system?

  • As long as your music mix is in cd or mp3 format we can play it through our system.  Music mixes on an ipod or digital music player can be accommodated as well.  Advance notice is required for other formats including cassettes or other digital formats.

Q: Do you take requests from guests?

  • Requests are granted and played at the discretion of the clients and dj's parameters. Of course, you can advise us on censorship rules, or tell us not to. This can be changed by you at any time during the event as well.

Q: Is your music censored and friendly to all ages?

  • Our music is available in 100% clean edit format to ensure that no one is offended by crude or inappropriate lyrics.

Q: Our bar or club has a policy of "cooling down" the music and mood at the end of the evening.  Can you calm it down to ensure a smooth transition to closing time?

  • Not even a question! Your event needs to run smoothly and all need to be happy. It's your event. We work with you. Tell us, we respond.

Q: Does your company offer discounts to charity organizations or groups?

  • We are always willing to give back to the community and will support charity organizations. We've worked with many in the past.

Q: We want our guests to be able to talk and converse freely without the music being too loud.  Can you ensure that volume levels will be appropriate?

  • You control the volume.  We can pump it up as loud as you wish or soothe your ears with lower background sounds. We have a collection of easy listening too!

Q: Our event takes place outdoors.  What happens if it rains?

  • Depending upon conditions, we can play in the rain so long as our equipment can be adequately covered and protected.  We also have pop-up tents on hand for light rain or drizzle.

Q: Will you make announcements, help to coordinate our awards presentation or raffle?

  • Use our experience and offer a variety of different ways and methods to assist you in your awards presentation or raffle.

Q: Our party is a surprise party!   Can you help inform our crowd as to the whereabouts of the guests of honor in order to keep it a surprise?

  • During surprise parties we will give constant updates to your guests to inform everyone of the guest of honor's whereabouts.
