There are many different ways to add your own personal touch to your Wedding Reception.  Do not hesitate to ask us to incorporate and develop your unique idea into the course of the evening.  It is these thoughts and concepts of originality that make your day special!  This is what you, your family and friends will remember and cherish.

Listed below are some of the many unique ideas you may want to consider adding with those personal elements to your Wedding Day Reception!


An increasingly popular ceremony is called the Anniversary Dance.  During this Anniversary Dance, the DJ will call to the dance floor all of the married couples in the room for a very special dance.  After about 30 seconds or so the DJ will ask couples who have been married for less than one year or less to take their seats. Then the DJ will ask couples who have been married less than five years to take their seats and so on.  At the end of the song, the Couple who has been Married the Longest will be the only couple on the dancefloor.  The couple will then be presented with a bouquet of flowers or a bottle of champagne.  This dance works great if you have an older couple sharing their 50th wedding anniversary or elder Grandparents. If you wish to honor a couple for their longevity who cannot physically participate,  the event can be changed to an Anniversary Spotlight.


Plasma, LCD and Video Projection Screens are available to project a slideshow, video, visual effects or music videos or all of the above throughout the course of the evening. You can incoporate a Video montage into your Wedding Reception in a variety of different ways. Some of the methods we have used as listed below.

  • During Cocktail Hour

As your guests eagerly await Your Arrival during the Cocktail Hour,  we can create a Video mouontage of the Two of You continuously playing in the background. A simple slideshow of old and new pictures can set the perfect mood and become a topic of conversation amongst your guets.

  • Slideshow Presentation

Another option is to create an emotional slideshow presentation for guest to view after dinner has been completed. An impactful background song can really add to the emotion and exictement. It can also be a great lead in to a speech by a parent or the parent dances.

And since you already have the screen...

You can leave your slideshow up for people to view, have visuals in the background, or play music videos. It all depends what you are looking for.


Introducing your Wedding Party can be done in a variety of different ways.  The traditional way of introducing the Grandparents, Parents,  Wedding Party,  Flower Girl and Ring Bearer is a classic method that Everyone has come to expect and enjoy. 

Another option is to create Personalized Theme Music for each member of your Wedding Party. To take it a step further, Personalized Biographical Introductions can be included.  Themes can be incorporated into the mix as well. 


Pre recorded Sound Clips can add an emotional or humorous moment to your reception.  Have you considered a Personalized Message to Your New Spouse recorded separately and heard for the first time before your introductions? 

A touching Tribute or Toast from a family member during dinner.  Another special touch could be a Humorous Tribute from members of your Wedding Party during dessert. 

Is there someone who is unable to attend? 

(Seniors in nursing homes, hospitalized, long distance, etc) Have them Phone In or record a special message for you to be heard at your reception.  With modern technology the possibilities are endless! We are well versed on all evolving technologies and welcome the challenges!


There are a variety of methods for Giving Away the Centerpiece at the tables.  This can include passing around a dollar bill, choosing the person with the closest birthday or farthest traveled.   Maybe you have your own unique  idea for this giveaway.  Let us know! We will work with you to incorporate and implement it.


Remember how happy you were to get those first RSVP Cards in the mail with the "Will Attend" section checked?  You can honor these Guests by calling out names during dinner and presenting them with a small gift.
