At Good Times Productions we offer a free consultation at a meeting place that is convenient FOR YOU!.  We routinely visit our clients in the comfort and convenience of their own homes.  If this option isn't practical for you we can arrange a meeting place in a comfortable environment that suits your needs.

During your consultation we will:

• Listen to your ideas,  concerns and pinpoint exactly what you are looking for in DJ entertainment for your event.
  

• Offer suggestions based upon your feedback drawing upon our years of experience 
  

• Explain in full detail all the services Good Times Productions has to offer you.
  

• Provide you with a packet of information and literature so all you entertainment party needs are contained in a neat organized fashion.
  

• Explain our pricing structure and policies.
  

• Coordinate with your event facility to discuss layout and sound issues.  Sometimes this can involve a visit to your site to ensure there are no surprises the day of your event.
  

• Discuss in great detail your musical tastes and requests for your event.  This involves purchasing any additional music that we may not have. Purchasing music for your event is no additional cost to you.  We also create custom backup cd's and / or digital files to ensure that your particular party music is organized and ready to go the day of your event.
  

• Create an itinerary or outline of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.  It is highly recommended for you to put in contact with your other event professionals so that we can coordinate  your event and work together as a team.
  

• Schedule a second meeting usually a week or two before your event. It is here that the final details are covered to ensure we covered every important aspect of your party.  It is at this time that the remaining balance is payed.
  

• Arrive early at the event facility to ensure a prompt start time.  Your sound system and lighting will be ready to go when you walk through the door.  This may include additional setups for a cocktail hour in a different room or outdoors.  Of course we will arrive appropriately dressed and well groomed for the occasion.
